Among the many photos of funerals that floated on the internet, the one that stood out featured Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.&nbsp;<br />

A video of the moment shows SRK saying a prayer, lifting his mask and blowing sidewise- a gesture typically adapted by Muslims while praying for the departed. SRK's gesture got trolled by a certain section on Twitter who misinterpreted the gesture and accused him of spitting at the late singer's mortal remains.&nbsp;<br />

<p>The Indian Premier League (IPL) auction in Chennai on Thursday turned out to be a memefest for the Twitterverse, all thanks to Shah Rukh Khan and Sachin Tendulkar's son.</p>

<p>While Bollywood superstar SRK, as Khan is fondly referred to by the world, is the co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) -- an IPL team, cricketing legend Tendulkar has played for Mumbai Indians in the previous seasons. Tendulkar's son, Arjun, was up for the auction on Thursday.</p>

<p>Actor Preity Zinta, who co-owns the&nbsp;rechristened Punjab Kings team, bought right-hand batsman and occasional right-arm off-spinner (surprise, surprise) SRK's namesake, Shahrukh Khan, for a sum of ₹5.25 crore. The cricketer had a base price of ₹20 lakh.&nbsp;</p>
