<p>Anyone disobeying the order without a "justifiable reason" will have to either pay 30 million won ($22,400) or will be punishable with a three-year prison term.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Yoon's administration&nbsp;has offered a temporary extend&nbsp;for minimum freight fares for three years but denied any scope of widening such payments.</p>

<p>The union leaders have refused to follow any order and accused President Yon Suk yeol's administration of suppressing their labour rights and ignoring their demands.</p>

<p>The truckers union in its statement said that the government's orders as an 'attack' on truckers' livelihoods and basic rights.&nbsp;On Monday (Nov 28), a settlement talk was organised by the transport ministry which turned out to be a failure as the unions weren't convinced.&nbsp;</p>

This latest development from Chennai-based rocket company Agnikul Cosmos will enable them to launch their own rockets into space. This private facility, also India’s first such, is located within India’s existing and lone spaceport, the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The new facility has been inaugurated on Monday, by the Chairman, of ISRO, Dr S. Somanath, senior officials from ISRO and the Agnikul team. It has been designed by Agnikul and executed with support from IN-SPACe (the government entity which supports and promotes private space firms in India). This facility comprises two sections - Agnikul Launchpad (ALP) and Agnikul Mission Control Centre(AMCC).&nbsp;</p>

Additionally, it has the ability to, as necessary share data and other critical information with ISRO’s mission control centre.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">Agnikul’s first launch will be a controlled &amp; guided mission having a vertical launch and&nbsp;will happen from this launchpad. The mission would be a technology demonstrator that will mirror Agnikul’s orbital launch but at a reduced scale. The company's&nbsp;Agnibaan rocket is a highly customisable, 2-stage launch vehicle, capable of taking up to 100 kg payload to orbits around 700 km high (low Earth orbits) and&nbsp;enables plug-and-play configuration. Agnilet is the world's first single-piece 3D printed engine fully designed and manufactured in India and was successfully test-fired in early 2021 &amp; became the first company in the country to test its engines at ISRO.</p>

<p>Over the last 60 years, the most sophisticated aspects of India’s space programme (such as building and launching rockets, satellites, and operating support facilities) have been the monopoly of India’s Government-run space agency. However, the space sector reforms rolled out by the Indian Government in 2020, permitted private companies to delve into this niche sector and carry out business activities.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In line with this, India has witnessed a multiplication of start-ups in the space sector, recently India’s first privately built rocket was launched into the upper atmosphere, and satellites built by Indian firms were launched on India’s workhorse PSLV rocket (built and operated by the Government-run space agency).&nbsp;</p>

<p>The announcement from Agnikul takes this further, as it would be the fifth operational rocket Launchpad in India. ISRO operates two main launchpads in Sriharikota meant for its large orbital rockets and has a Sounding rocket complex for its smaller &amp; sub-orbital rockets. ISRO’s lead facility in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram also has a Launchpad for small-sounding (sub-orbital) rockets.&nbsp;In addition to this, the Indian Government is building another spaceport for small orbital rockets, closer to the tip of the Indian peninsula, at Kulasekarapattinam in Tamil Nadu.</p>

Former Pak PM Imran Khan calls off long march in Islamabad to avoid ‘chaos’ in nation

<p>Venezuela's&nbsp;government and opposition have asked the United Nations to manage a fund for billions of dollars now held in foreign banks, which will be&nbsp;gradually&nbsp;unfrozen&nbsp;to combat a&nbsp;humanitarian&nbsp;crisis in the oil-rich nation, delegates announced in Mexico City on Saturday.</p>

<p>Sources told Reuters last month the&nbsp;frozen&nbsp;funds&nbsp;amount to more than $3 billion.</p>

<p>The money, held in Venezuelan-owned accounts overseas, was&nbsp;frozen&nbsp;by US&nbsp;and European banks after the United States ramped up sanctions under the administration of President Donald Trump, designed to pressure President Nicolas Maduro to take steps toward free elections.</p>

<p>Talks between Maduro's government and its political opponents resumed in Mexico City on Saturday, mediated by Norway, after being on ice for more than a year.</p>

<p>US&nbsp;Secretary of State Antony Blinken welcomed the talks as "an important step toward restoring democracy to Venezuelans.</p>

<p>"We will look to the parties to achieve lasting agreements that set the course for free and fair presidential elections in 2024," he said&nbsp;on Twitter.</p>

<p>Maduro also posted a statement on Twitter, saying: "We will always strive for dialogue with all Venezuelan society. We continue to take important steps for the well-being of our country."</p>

<p>Following the announcement for an UN-administered fund, the US&nbsp;Treasury Department issued a license for Chevron, the second largest US&nbsp;oil company, to expand operations in Venezuela, allowing it to import Venezuelan crude into the United States.</p>

<p>The government's delegation was led by congressional leader Jorge Rodriguez of&nbsp;Venezuela's&nbsp;ruling United Socialist Party (PSUV), and the opposition group was headed by politician Gerardo Blyde.</p>

<p>Maduro had said&nbsp;the aim of the talks was to recover the "kidnapped" resources for public investment: "Then we will see what other issues can be discussed."</p>

<p>The&nbsp;funds&nbsp;are set to help stabilize the country's electric grid, improve education infrastructure and deal with the impact of this year's deadly rains and flooding.</p>

<p>In Venezuela, a survey by local universities this year showed some 78 per cent&nbsp;of the population was worried about lack of food, compared with 88 per cent&nbsp;in 2021.</p>

<p>To provide a platform to the local artists of Jammu and Kashmir, the handicraft department is organising exhibitions in Srinagar's Heritage Government Arts Emporium building.&nbsp;An art exhibition by local artist Deepa Soni was thrown open to the public. The artist says her exhibition depicts Kashmir valley in a positive way.&nbsp;</p>

She has captured the essence of Kashmir's natural beauty along with the arts and crafts of the region. Soni has put out various types of paintings wherein oil colours, watercolours, fusion, three-dimensional and other paintings are on display&nbsp;in the exhibition. She says the platforms&nbsp;provided by the handicraft department are an encouragement for the artists in the Union Territory.&nbsp;</p>

You will see these exhibitions often now. It will promote the craft space of the valley,'' said Mehmood Shah, Director of Handicrafts.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The local youth of the valley were happy that such exhibitions are being held in Srinagar city and witness the various&nbsp;art forms of the Kashmir region which they know little about.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A top US Republican senator has asked Twitter's new owner&nbsp;Elon Musk to conduct a threat assessment at the social media platform in order to better protect US user data.</p>

<p>Grassley, the top Republican on the US Judiciary Committee, has urged Twitter to do a risk assessments "of Twitter's current security posture and systems to better protect user data and privacy".</p>

<p>A New York Post report said that the skyscraper will have 100 storeys, twice more than the existing record-holder, Central Park Tower on 57th Street in Manhattan.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to sources, the skyscraper will also feature an "elite private club" with an infinity pool and a spacious lounge space. The Bingahtti Developers described the project as a "true work of art that is set to redefine the entire history of the real estate industry and bring a new icon&nbsp;to Dubai's skyline."</p>
