He was shocked after the company actually delivered the food within 30 minutes, raising suspicion about its authenticity.</p>

<h2><strong>Customer reaches court</strong></h2>

<p>Sourav Mall has now approached a local court in Delhi, demanding a ban on Zomato’s ‘Legends’ policy as it allegedly involves fake claims and promises. The court has also issued a summon&nbsp;to Zomato in the case.</p>

<p>Mall’s advocates were quoted by Indian Express as saying that the food was not actually being transported from the particular city, but it was being stored at various places/warehouses of Zomato.</p>

<p>As per Sourav, Zomato’s food packaging proudly displayed messages such as “freshly prepared”, “travels using mobile refrigeration technology”, ”not frozen”, and “no preservatives added,” the claims that he and his advocates have challenged.</p>

<p>Controversy erupted during the Australia vs Sri Lanka World Cup encounter in Lucknow when pacer Mitchell Starc attempted a runout on the non-striker's end at the very start of the match - a mode of dismissal that is rather antithetical to the Australian&nbsp;way of playing the game.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Bowling the opening over of the innings, Starc had an unsuccessful LBW review on the first ball. By the time the fuming left-arm pacer came around to bowl the fourth ball, he stopped in his delivery stride and issued a warning to non-striker Kusal Perera to not leave&nbsp;his crease.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to commentator Nasser Hussain, Starc had issued the warning after the first ball when he had a little chat with the umpire.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“After the first ball Starc had a little word with the umpire, Kusal Perera just leaving his crease... he was saying to Kusal Perera ‘don’t leave your crease’,” Nasser Hussain said.</p>

<p>In a chilling incident, a 37-year-old man in Lucknow, a city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, strangled his wife of 15 years to death in front of their two children inside his SUV.&nbsp; The motive appears to be his deep-seated inferiority complex, stemming from his wife's substantial Instagram following, according to police, as quoted saying by <em>Times of India</em>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The police are waiting to examine the Instagram account of the victim which remains locked and private currently. Reports state that the victim had blocked her husband on the platform&nbsp;which added to his delusion and insecurity.</p>

<p>The accused believed that some of her wife's social media followers would visit their home in his absence. During the interrogation, the man told the police that he suspected his wife's fidelity and hence killed her.</p>

<p>Around 5 am, the husband halted the car near&nbsp;Mujesh intersection in Sultanpur and started a heated argument with the wife. As the fight escalated between the duo, the man, in a fit of rage, fatally strangled his wife while the kids helplessly looked. After the murder, the traumatised kids burst into tears while the accused locked himself inside the SUV.&nbsp;</p>

The police are waiting to examine the Instagram account of the victim which remains locked and private currently. Reports state that the victim had blocked her husband on the platform which added to his delusion and insecurity. The accused believed that some of her wife's social media followers would visit their home in his absence. During the interrogation, the man told the police that he suspected his wife's fidelity and hence killed her. However, instead of taking the usual route, the man diverted the car to Purvanchal Expressway. Around 5 am, the husband halted the car near Mujesh intersection in Sultanpur and started a heated argument with the wife. As the fight escalated between the duo, the man, in a fit of rage, fatally strangled his wife while the kids helplessly looked. After the murder, the traumatised kids burst into tears while the accused locked himself inside the SUV. Her parents stood by her side firmly and her treatment began. She received treatment in Lucknow and Gurugram.</p>

<p>"I didn't have a consistent schedule due to my untimely sickness &amp; hospital visits. However much I could read, I read with full concentration... my aim is to become a doctor," she said as quoted by ANI.</p>

<p>She has been quoted in media reports as saying that she studied even during her visits to hospital.</p>

<p>Times of India said that her school arranged online classes for her and even arranged for her to take her exam in Gurugram when she was receiving treatment.</p>

Besides the relief work, we are also raising issues with state government. Our incharge Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and the state unit have written several letters regarding problems of farmers and migrant workers," he added.</p>

<p>Lallu said that the bigger problem relates to migrant workers from Uttar Pradesh stranded in states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab and Karnataka.</p>

<p>"We are in touch with state authorities to make arrangements for the return of migrant worker but UP Government is not showing interest," Lallu alleged.</p>

<p>Reportedly, the blast took place outside the chamber of Lucknow Bar Association Joint Secretary Sanjiv Kumar Lodhi. Lodhi claimed he was the target of the attack as he had been complaining about a few judicial officers. He also blamed lawyer Jitu&nbsp;Yadav for the incident.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Lodhi also said about 10 people hurled crude bombs outside his chamber in which two other lawyers were also got injured.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"One bomb exploded but two still lay unexploded," he said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>After the blast, bomb disposal and dog squads have reached the spot to carry out the investigations.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Last month, UP lawyers organised a strike to protest against the recent attacks on them in the state.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh had also asked bar associations to skip work to put pressure on the government to pass legislation to protect lawyers.</p>

<p>Earlier, Lawyer Shekhar Tripathi (32) was beaten to death with sticks by five men in Lucknow on January 7, which fuelled his colleagues who sat with the body at the district collectorate demanding justice.</p>

<p>On December 17, a man was killed and two cops got injured when unidentified assailants opened fire at Bijnore CJM's court.</p>
