<p>&nbsp;"Record cold low (and cool high) temperatures are expected through Thursday morning from Texas northeastward into the Ohio and Tennessee Valley regions, and even for some spots along the East Coast from South Carolina to Maine," Knabb said.</p>

Two people are dead and 18 injured after fighting between two groups turned into a deadly shooting in Tampa, Florida State days after a gunman killed 18 people in the state of Maine. The incident took place during Halloween festivities as the area has several bars and clubs and at the time of the shooting, there were a lot of late-night partygoers in the area.

<p>AFP quoted Lee Sung-min, who lives and works in the district, saying that he didn't even realise that it was the Halloween weekend till Saturday.</p>

<p>"It used to be filled with visitors dressed in costumes and blood makeup by this time. But if you look at the age range of the people walking around, it's mostly just relatively old local residents," Lee said.</p>

<p>A crush in a narrow alley after crowd surge led to last year's tragedy. Many in Seoul blame the horrific incident on lack of preparation and poor crowd control measures. Early calls for help went unanswered. Most of the dead were people in their 20s and 30s.</p>

<p>"I've left a note telling (the victims) not to lose courage and rest in peace," said Lee Jung-hyeop, who visited Itaewon to mark the anniversary.</p>

<p>Police and authorities have been conducting crowd-control drills this year and gatherings haven't been banned in Itaewon. The police are taking help of an AI-backed network of nearly 1000 CCTV cameras.</p>

<p>"It looks like the crowd is better controlled after last year's incident."</p>

<p>The tragedy last year led to a police investigation which eventually acknowledged of negligence and poor response from the authorities. The probe referred 23 official for prosecution. However, it has not resulted in resignation or sacking of any senior government official.</p>

Lizzo's look featured a missing front tooth and a neck tattoo, which the 'Truth Hurts' singer replaced with her own boyfriend's face instead of Blueface's face. She also rocked a side ponytail for the look and wore a sizable diamond chain that spelt out Yitty. With Chrisean's signature dramatic eyelashes and lipgloss, the 34-year-old completed her look. Seeing the video, several fans of Chrisean started slamming Lizzo for turning the musician into a Halloween gag. Many didn't like Lizzo making fun of a woman who is supposedly in a toxic and unhealthy relationship. While condemning Lizzo, a user wrote, "Is this supposed to be shade Lizzo?" Another commented, "Leave the girl alone guys, why are you so much obsessed with her?" And, one wrote, "Please respect that she is dealing with a lot of things herself, let's not make her a Halloween joke, pls.
