<p>Meanwhile, the second tier, also the highest paid package is the FSD system, whose price is set to increase. Under this tier, the user not only gets the facilities from the first tier but also other cool features such as 'Navigate on Autopilot' and 'Traffic and Stop Sign Control'.</p>

<p>Another impressive feature included in FSD is the 'Smart summon' feature which allows a user to remotely access the car and call the car across a parking lot, without anyone getting inside the car.</p>

<p>However, experts are wary that by making such demarcation, Musk is trying to paper over the faults of his default Autopilot system which has come under intense scrutiny in the last few weeks.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As reported by WION, according to data made public by American safety regulators, automakers recorded roughly 400 crashes involving vehicles with automated driver-assist systems, which included 273 Teslas.</p>

<p>Manchester United have had a disastrous start to the ongoing Premier League season under new manager Erik Ten Hag, who arrived at the club from Dutch side Ajax earlier this summer. Ten Hag has signed up for arguably the biggest challenge of his managerial career so far, but finds himself in troubled waters just a couple of games into his first season at the club.</p>

<p>The Dutch manager had massive optimism surrounding his arrival after United showed glimpses of brilliant football Ten Hag is known for, during their pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia. But the buoyancy was a short-lived one as back-to-back losses against Brighton and Brentford in the first two games of the season pushed United to the bottom of the table.</p>

<p>United were shambolic in defence and far from clinical in attack as the lack of quality in the squad was crystal clear on the pitch during their defeats against Brighton and Brentford. While they were expected to kick off the new season with new vigour after a dismal campaign last season, Ten Hag's men looked completely out of sorts in the two defeats which have served as an eye-opener.</p>

<p>But the problems at United are clear and obvious. They are far beyond Ten Hag's reach as the club's owners — The Glazer family — are to be blamed for bringing down the English football giants. Deservingly, the Glazers find themselves at the receiving end of massive criticism from fans, experts and former players alike after United's terrible start.</p>

<p>In their 17 years of ownership of United, the Glazers have made some awful footballing decisions; they have failed to install a proper hierarchy at the club to run the footballing side of their ‘commercial’ venture, and instead of pumping in money to strengthen the squad over the years, have put the club under mounting debt while also enjoying annual dividends.<br />

However, there was a catch, the Glazers didn't spend their own money to buy Manchester United and instead opted to finance the move through loans. <p>It was for the first time since 1931, that United, a debt-free club, was put into debt. It was the beginning of what has panned out to be a disastrous stint for the Glazers as the owners of United with success eluding the club for a number of years and fans growing impatient with every passing season as they witness their beloved football club being brought down to the ground.</p>

<p>In a phishing attack on Signal's verification services provider, the phone numbers of 1,900 users could have been revealed, according to the company.</p>

<p>Signal said in a blog post that the attacker could also have accessed the SMS verification code used to register with the company.</p>

<p>It released a statement saying, "An attacker could have attempted to re-register number to another device or learned that their number was registered to Signal."</p>

<p>Reportedly, the court wants Twitter to submit documents and files from former General Manager of Consumer Product Kayvon Beykpour, who Musk claims is a key person related to the real numbers behind the bot accounts.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Tesla founder has been adamant that Twitter is hiding the names of employees who are responsible for evaluating the number of bots and fake accounts on the platform.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, Twitter has been dillydallying around the issue and has only given up those workers who are not much familiar with the 'bot calculation' process.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Musk had submitted the names of 22 data custodians whose documents he wanted to review. However, the court only granted permission to access documents from one individual and that is Beykpour.</p>

<p>It is pertinent to note that Beykpour was fired by Twitter in May. He had been at Twitter for years and was majorly responsible for the expansion of Twitter's userbase. According to Musk's filings, Beykpour was "most intimately involved with" the evaluation of spam accounts.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The European Space Agency (ESA) has begun preliminary technical discussions with Elon Musk's SpaceX that could lead to the temporary use of its launchers after the Ukraine conflict blocked Western access to Russia's Soyuz rockets.</p>

<p>The private American competitor to Europe's Arianespace has emerged as a key contender to plug a temporary gap alongside Japan and India, but final decisions depend on the still unresolved timetable for Europe's delayed Ariane 6 rocket.</p>

<p>"I would say there are two and a half options that we're discussing. One is SpaceX that is clear. Another one is possibly Japan," ESA Director General Josef Aschbacher told Reuters.</p>

<p>"Japan is waiting for the inaugural flight of its next generation rocket. Another option could be India," he added in an interview.</p>

<p>"SpaceX I would say is the more operational of those and certainly one of the back-up launches we are looking at."</p>

<p>Aschbacher said talks remained at an exploratory phase.</p>

<p>"We of course need to make sure that they are suitable. It's not like jumping on a bus," he said. For example, the interface between satellite and launcher must be suitable and the payload must not be compromised by unfamiliar types of launch vibration.</p>

<p>"We are looking into this technical compatibility but we have not asked for a commercial offer yet. We just want to make sure that it would be an option in order to make a decision on asking for a firm commercial offer," Aschbacher said.</p>

<p>SpaceX did not reply to a request for comment.</p>

<p>SpaceX's Falcon 9 has already swept up other customers severing ties with Moscow's increasingly isolated space sector amid the Ukraine conflict, but a high-profile European mission could be seen as a significant win for the U.S. rocket maker.</p>

<p>Aschbacher stressed any back-up solution would be temporary, however, adding he was not worried about the future of Ariane 6.</p>

<p>Satellite internet firm OneWeb, a competitor to SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet venture, booked at least one Falcon 9 launch in March. It has also booked an Indian launch.</p>

<p>On Monday, Northrop Grumman booked three Falcon 9 missions to ferry NASA cargo to the International Space Station while it designs a new version of its Antares rocket, whose Russian-made engines were withdrawn by Moscow in response to sanctions.</p>

<p><strong>'WAKE-UP CALL'</strong></p>

<p>Europe has until now depended on the Italian Vega for small payloads, Russia's Soyuz for medium ones and the Ariane 5 for heavy missions. Its next-generation Vega C staged a debut last month and the new Ariane 6, designed in two versions to replace both the Ariane 5 and Soyuz, has been delayed until next year.</p>

<p>Aschbacher said a more precise Ariane 6 schedule would be clearer by October after current hot-firing testing. ESA would then finalise a back-up plan to be presented to ministers of the agency's 22 nations in November, he said, adding the most recent Ariane 6 delay was not the result of any significant new setback.</p>

<p>"But yes, the likelihood of the need for back-up launches is high," he said. "The order of magnitude is certainly a good handful of launches that we would need interim solutions for."</p>

<p>Aschbacher said the Ukraine conflict had demonstrated Europe's decade-long cooperation strategy with Russia in gas supplies and other areas including space was no longer working.</p>

<p>"This was a wake up call, that we have been too dependent on Russia. And this wake-up call, we have to hope that decision makers realise it as much as I do, that we have to really strengthen our European capability and independence."</p>

<p>However, he played down the prospect of Russia carrying out a pledge to withdraw from the International Space Station (ISS).</p>

<p>Russia’s newly appointed space chief Yuri Borisov said in a televised meeting with President Vladimir Putin last month that Russia would withdraw from the ISS "after 2024".</p>

<p>But Borisov later clarified that Russia’s plans had not changed and Western officials said Russia’s space agency had not communicated any new pullout plans.</p>

<p>"The reality is that operationally, the work on the space station is proceeding, I would say almost nominally," Aschbacher told Reuters. "We do depend on each other, like it or not, but we have little choice."</p>

<p>Of late, many questions have been raised about Elon Musk's Tesla and its auto-driving technology. Recently, a safe technology advocacy group Dawn Project also voiced concerns regarding the software. The group claims that Teslas "will indiscriminately mow down children" and launched an ad campaign urging the public to pressure Congress into banning Tesla's auto-driving technology.</p>

He continues to claim that Twitter has close to 20 per cent bot accounts, as opposed to the five per cent that the company claims.</p>

<p>The most recent demand made by his legal team is that Twitter must provide a list of the names of the staff members who calculate what proportion of users on the social media platform are spam and bot accounts.</p>

<p>Dismissing his claim as buyer’s remorse in the wake of a plunge in technology stocks, Twitter has sued Musk to force him to complete the transaction.</p>

<p>In April, Musk said he had no further sales planned after he sold $8.5 billion worth of Tesla shares.</p>

<p>According to court filings, Musk sold about 7.92 million shares between August 5 and August 9 and he now owns 155.04 million Tesla shares or just under 15 per cent of the automaker.</p>

<p>Since the automaker reported better-than-expected earnings on July 20, its shares have risen nearly 15 per cent.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If the Biden administration passes the climate bill, which will lift the cap on tax credits for electric vehicles, it will further boost Tesla shares.</p>

<p>Musk has also hinted at the possibility of starting his own social media platform like former US President Donald Trump did after he was blocked from accessing Twitter.</p>

<p>This is only the latest in a series of claims and investigations into the technology by the world's leading electric car maker.</p>

<p>In June the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said that it was expanding an August 2021 investigation into 830,000 Tesla cars across all four model lines.</p>

<p>The investigation and its expansion were "motivated by an accumulation of crashes in which Tesla vehicles, operating with Autopilot engaged, struck stationary in-road or roadside first responder vehicles<br />
tending to pre-existing collision scenes".</p>

<p>Musk, on the other hand, claimed at a company shareholders meeting earlier this month that the Full Self-Driving has improved greatly and that he expected to make the software available by end of the year.</p>

<p>The 76-year-old denied making the remarks during the latest episode of 'Piers Morgan Uncensored'.</p>

<p>Addressing the stunning remark in which he took a savage dig at the Tesla CEO, Errol said he was misquoted.</p>

<p>''I never said anything like that. I have been proud of him since the day he was born. A person doesn’t suddenly become proud of your child. That’s ridiculous. As far as saying, I don’t like him. I mean, that’s crazy. I love him,'' said the South African engineer.</p>
