“We look forward to presenting our case in court beginning on Oct. 17th and intend to close the transaction on the price and terms agreed upon with Mr.&nbsp;Musk,” said a statement from Twitter spokesman.

It is pertinent to note that after departing or rather forced out of Twitter, Zatko filed a whistleblower complaint, criticising the micro-blogging platform's data security practices.&nbsp;

Meanwhile, Musk's attorney's have asked the court to delay the five-day trial that starts on October 17 so that they could investigate claims made by Zatko, also known as "Mudge", that Twitter hid weaknesses in its security and data privacy.

She also noted that the company has suffered employee attrition while it "has been forced for months to manage under the constraints of a repudiated merger agreement."&nbsp;

Notably, Zatko has been represented by Whistleblower Aid and its founder John Tye had told CNN that Zatko has not been in contact with Musk.&nbsp;

The $258 billion racketeering lawsuit accusing Elon Musk of creating a pyramid scheme to fund the cryptocurrency Dogecoin has expanded, adding seven new investment plaintiffs and six new defendants including his tunnel construction enterprise Boring Co.&nbsp;

According to an additional complaint filed on Tuesday night in Manhattan federal court, Musk, his electric vehicle firm Tesla Inc, his space tourism company SpaceX, Boring and others purposefully built up the price of Dogecoin by more than 36,000% over two years and then allowed it drop.

Despite knowing all along that the currency had no intrinsic value and that its value "depended solely on marketing," the defendants "profited tens of billions of dollars" as a result at the expense of other Dogecoin investors, the complaint claimed.&nbsp;

Requests for comment on Wednesday were not immediately answered by Tesla, SpaceX, or Boring. In 2020, Tesla closed its media relations division.&nbsp;

In June, the initial lawsuit was submitted.

"Delta-v difference between H2 and CH4 is small for most missions, because the CH4 tank is much smaller &amp; no insulation is needed," Musk explained.

The delta-v is the difference of velocity that a rocket engine can impose on a spacecraft as a function of the specific impulse and the variation in the mass of the vehicle itself.

According to him, CH4 (methane) is easier to produce on Mars and is "very important" for launch missions. SpaceX is among the first companies to use liquid methane and hydrogen as fuel.

Elon Musk has plans for a self-sustaining city on Mars in 20 years' time. SpaceX is preparing the Starship mega rocket to take people and cargo to the moon, Mars and beyond.

According to the report, The NASA showstopper "was an 8-inch diameter line carrying liquid hydrogen into the rocket. It sprung a persistent leak at the inlet, known as a quick-disconnect, leading on board the vehicle".

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on Monday that the company is looking to have the technology ready by the end of the year and added that it can be widely released in both United and Europe around the same time if they can acquire the necessary regulatory approvals.&nbsp;

Musk was in attendance at an energy conference in Norway and when asked about Tesla’s plans, he said that the complete focus is currently on self-driving electric cars and the SpaceX Starship program. &nbsp;

"The two technologies I am focused on, trying to ideally get done before the end of the year, are getting our Starship into orbit ... and then having Tesla cars to be able to do self-driving,” he said.&nbsp;

"Have self-driving in wide release at least in the U.S., and ... potentially in Europe, depending on regulatory approval," Musk added according to Reuters.&nbsp;

Musk also said that although the world is moving towards sustainable sources of energy, it will be necessary to extract oil and gases in order to continue operations at present. &nbsp;

"Realistically I think we need to use oil and gas in the short term, because otherwise, civilisation will crumble," Musk told reporters on the sidelines of the conference according to Reuters.&nbsp;

"One of the biggest challenges the world has ever faced is the transition to sustainable energy and to a sustainable economy," he said. "That will take some decades to complete." He said offshore wind power generation in the North Sea, combined with stationary battery packs, could become a key source of energy. "It could provide a strong, sustainable energy source in winter," he further explained.&nbsp;

Last week, a Twitter attorney said at a hearing last week that Musk was focussing on spam as a way to end his agreement to buy the company and it was "legally irrelevant".

The two sides have sued each other and are heading to a five-day trial on Oct. 17.

"I am selling almost all physical possessions. Will own no house," he said on Twitter at that time, and added - "Don't need the cash. Possession just weighs you down."

"You have to have six months of preparation and isolation and that just doesn't appeal to me. But if my kids want me to do it, I will do it,” she said when asked whether she wants to go to Mars.

However, Viasat Inc. and DISH opposed the FCC’s decision.

According to Viasat, the space agency's deployment is extensive. It said that, in comparison, nearly 10,000 satellites have been launched overall in human history. The firm has only one satellite flying close to SpaceX’s constellation. The court ruling found Viasat’s decision speculative.

US court upholds SpaceX’s satellite deployment plan in lower Earth orbit

SpaceX founder Elon Musk says that the T-Mobile will be using the Starlink satellites to provide mobile users with network access in parts of the United States and with this users will be able to send texts and images where cell coverage does not currently exist.

The corporate governance experts said that relationships between supervisors and subordinates are frowned upon at companies and have cost some high-profile CEOs their jobs.

Referring to the Neuralink code of conduct, Nell Minow, vice chair of corporate governance consultancy ValueEdge Advisors, said “Whatever lawyer wrote this language did not contemplate this situation.”

Although the company wants to avoid conflicts of interest due to relationships between employees, the situation appeared to “fall between the cracks”, according to Minow.

Not only have they listed the same address in Texas, but the court filing published by Insider also shows that they asked for the children to take Musk’s last name.

Zilis having children with Musk through IVF should be read as having a “personal relationship” or “close friendship” under Neuralink’s code of conduct, according to four corporate governance experts.

One man devised a "handy" workaround after becoming frustrated by the ongoing difficulties he had when attempting to unlock his Tesla with the phone key.&nbsp;

Tesla owner Brandon Dalaly had a chip put into his palm so he could easily unlock his car. Since Dalaly on Twitter released a video illustrating the chip's operation, his unusual stunt has gone viral online.&nbsp;

As Dalaly stated on Twitter, the problem with his phone key was that it didn't always unlock his car.&nbsp;

Dalaly had a Vivokey Apex chip, which made use of NFC technology, inserted in his palm in order to unlock his Tesla. However, he makes it clear that the chip is capable of much more.&nbsp;

The chip can also store data, limit access, perform two-factor authentication using an OTP, operate as a secure crypto wallet, and, in the future, process credit card transactions.&nbsp;

It's more than just a Tesla key, though I do use it for that since I have one.&nbsp;

According to Dalaly, a beta group of roughly 100 people is evaluating the chip before it can be made available to the general public.&nbsp;

The company that put this together essentially has its own app store where you can use these chips to wirelessly install programs into your body.&nbsp;

One of the apps happened to be a Tesla key card. Because I own a Tesla, that was the first app I installed on it.&nbsp;

Taking to Twitter, Dalaly wrote that she "Finally decided to take my phone key issues into my own hands... literally. "Tesla key chip implant,".&nbsp;
