At least 16 migrant labourers were killed and five others injured when a freight train ran over them between Jalna and Aurangabad, informed Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of South Central Railway (SCR).<br />

<p>Ajay Devgn and several other Bollywood stars have come together to ask those who have recovered from coronavirus to donate blood to those who might need it.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In an appeal to general public, Bollywood actor tweeted, “If you’ve recovered from COVID19, you are a Corona warrior. We need an army of such warriors to overcome this invisible enemy. Your blood contains the bullets that can kill the virus. Please donate your blood, so others, especially the serious ones can recover.”</p>

<p>While we have been seeing individual videos of actors and celebs around the world trying to educate fans about taking precautions and self isolating to “flatten the curve” so as to restrict the spread of coronavirus, Bollywood actors have too come forward with a special message.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As part of the Maharashtra Government's initiative, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray shared this video on his social media, appealing everyone to be safe during these trying times.</p>

<p>The video features actors Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor, and Ayushmann Khuranna. It is made by Rohit Shetty Picturez on behalf of the chief minister.</p>

<p>Through the clip, the actors are seen giving important advice to citizens on how to tackle coronavirus like washing hands regularly, covering face while sneezing and other such things.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Mumbai has been ordered to go into a complete lockdown of all non-essential shops and offices in Mumbai, MMR region, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, and Nagpur on Friday. The CM further added that all offices will have to work from home, and if that is not possible then they will have to shut their offices.</p>

Directed by Rohit Shetty and starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead, the film was scheduled to release on March 24 but on Thursday, Johar who is the film's producer took to social media to announce that the release of the film has been postponed to a later day.&nbsp;<br />

"Sooryavanshi is an experience that we have created for you with over a year of dedication and hard work and the response we received for its trailer was nothing less than electrifying and made it clear that this film truly belongs to its audience..." the statement reads.&nbsp;<br />

<p>Earlier on Thursday morning, several fans appealed to the film's leading man, Akshay Kumar to postpone the release to a later date due to the outbreak of the virus.&nbsp;</p>

Several films in Hollywood have been affected due to the outbreak of the deadly flu and now in India, producer Karan Johar has decided to defer the release of his upcoming film 'Sooryavanshi'. Directed by Rohit Shetty and starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead, the film was scheduled to release on March 24 but on Thursday, Johar who is the film's producer took to social media to announce that the release of the film has been postponed to a later day. "Sooryavanshi is an experience that we have created for you with over a year of dedication and hard work and the response we received for its trailer was nothing less than electrifying and made it clear that this film truly belongs to its audience..." the statement reads. "We have been as excited as you are to present the film to you and your family, but due to the recent outburst of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus, we, the makers have decided to postpone the release of your film, keeping in the health and safety of our beloved audience....' the statement further adds. The film is a part of Rohit Shetty's cop universe and will also have Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh in cameo roles. 'Sooryavanshi' is the first Bollywood film to have postponed its release. Many others are likely to follow if the virus continues to spread. The Delhi government, meanwhile, has decided to shut down cinema halls, schools and colleges till March 31. Irrfan's 'Angrezi Medium' hit theatres across the country on Friday and the coronavirus scare is likely to have affected the business of the film. In Hollywood, Disney has cancelled the release of 'Mulan' in China- the biggest market for Hollywood. James Bond's 25th film 'No Time To Die' - which was scheduled to release in April this year, will now be releasing in November.

All is hunky-dory until Ashish decides to make Ayesha meet his estranged wife Manju (Tabu) and his two grown-up kids living in India.</p>

<p>As they reach India, Ashish realises that things are not so smooth as he would think they are and his family does have some issues of accepting his new girlfriend who is just a year older than his own daughter.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The casting of the film is quite appropriate and it refreshing to watch Devgn play a character his age. For an industry where men have longer shelf life than the woman and where films normalise 50 plus heroes romancing actresses half their age- 'De De Pyaar De' indeed makes a refreshing change where the lead protagonists address the age-gap in great detail. &nbsp;But the writing is such, that the said age-gap is only spoken about, Ayesha and Ashish never really have anything generational gap in terms of their likes, dislikes, and behaviour. For a 50-year-old, Ashish is in fact too fit and strangely hangs out with people half his age most of the time. But this is really a minor glitch in comparison to the way writers justify one-night stands and make the man- as usual- the victim of situations.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The film ultimately succumbs to Luv Ranjan's school of misogyny where the man, despite being a terrible husband and a father, is not really at fault for cheating his partner or having a one night stand. At the very beginning of the film, Singh's character says to Devgn, 'If sleeping with a person cant make you fall in love with him instantly, how can a one night stand make you fall out of love?'- which sort of makes Ranjan and team seem okay about cheating. Also, the writers cleverly make the woman speak on behalf of the man. 'It's not right to blame him always for everything,' claims the wife at a poignant moment. Or that even if he has had a one night stand, it was only because the woman was weak and he was there to support her. Some bizarre logic from LUV Ranjan school of love!&nbsp;</p>

<p>On one hand, the makers harp on normalising an older man- younger woman relationship, on the other hand, they compare the older woman to a not-in-use old car which is well, to say the least.&nbsp;</p>

Be it the scene where she breaks down complaining that she is tired of being the responsible one all the time, or the scene where she play-acts just to make Singh's character jealous- Tabu is pitch perfect. Singh has immense screen presence and delivers a sharp performance but her character is tad over-written and the constant exuberance in the first half is exhaustive after a point. The ladies get better fleshed out roles, and Devgn appears hapless in the entire second half. Jimmy Shergill gets a delightful cameo and along with Tabu almost steals the show.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Shot brilliantly with commendable performances by the entire cast, 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Hero' is based in the 17th century and narrates the story of Maratha warrior Tanhaji Malusare- a trusted aid of Maratha emperor Shivaji, who fought the battle of Kondhana to safeguard the fort from Mughal invasion. Shivaji had to reluctantly give up 28 of his forts to Aurangzeb but four years later, he pledged to take Kondhana back because of its strategic location. Aurangzeb sent his most trusted warrior, a Rajput called Udaybhan to capture Kondhana(present-day Singhgarh) with a large army, a mammoth cannon called 'Nagin' and lot of artillery.</p>

<p>Compared to the Mughals, Tanhaji leads a motley group of fierce Maratha warriors and captured the fort over a long battle one night.</p>

<p>Raut uses a sufficient amount of creative liberty to tell a tale that may not have been taught in school to everyone. While the clashes between Shivaji and Aurangzeb are well known- the story tries to delve deeper and talk of the warriors from both sides who fought on behalf of their kings.</p>

<p>Lavish sets, sleek camera work, superb stunts, and great CGI dominate each frame of Tanhaji making the film a visual spectacle. The technical finesse is there for everyone to see and while the film takes you back in time, the film has state of the art CGI making the battle scene especially come alive. Each of the stunts is well performed and the film has been shot keeping in mind the 3d aspect. Frames by cinematographer Keiko Nakahara are awe-inspiring.</p>

Sharad Kelkar, who plays Shivaji Maharaj has limited screen time but leaves a lasting impression. The effervescent <strong>Kajol appears only in a handful of scenes as Savitri Bai,</strong> Tanhaji's wife but simply lights up the screen with her presence. Its a delight watch the real-life couple play the reel couple after so many years.</p>

<p>The star of the film, though, is Saif Ali Khan, who brings a certain amount of mayhem as Udaybhan Rathod. An eccentric who has a cunning smile plastered on his face throughout, <strong>Saif makes evil look good</strong>. Time and again, Saif has proved that given a good script, he delivers and in Om Raut and Prakash Kapadia's detailed screenplay, the actor gets ample scope to showcase his talent.</p>

<p>The scenes near the climax which has <strong>Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan pitted against each other</strong> are the high points of the film.</p>

<p>While the film is technically sound and boasts of great performances, it takes a copious amount of liberty in terms of historical facts. The makers try to project Mughals as the oppressors from whom the Marathas seek freedom and live in a Swarajya. The film opens to 17th century Bharat- which is historically not true considering the concept of one nation never really existed at that time. Each emperor was just busy consolidating his kingdom, there was no concept one nation.</p>

<p>The actors speak a mix of Marathi and Urdu laced Hindi which is somewhat ironic. I found myself lost on many occasions when the actors spoke out a line here and there in Marathi. Perhaps subtitles would have helped.</p>

<p>If you are willing to overlook the facts and history, 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Hero' makes for a thrilling watch. There is not a single dull moment -especially in the second half when the war scenes come alive. The film has sleek action, well-shot scenes and a very menacing Saif Ali Khan who more than makes up for all the flaws.</p>
