Veteran action director Veerun Devgan is dead. The stunt director, whose son Ajay Devgn is a Bollywood superstar, breathed his last on Monday morning.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh broke the news on Twitter as he wrote, "Veeru Devgan passed away this morning [27 May 2019]... Father of Ajay Devgn... Veeru ji was an accomplished action director... Also directed #HindustanKiKasam, starring son Ajay with Amitabh Bachchan... Funeral will be held today at 6 pm... Heartfelt condolences to Devgn family."
Stunt and action director, Veeru Devgan started his career in Bollywood back in the 1970s. He had choreographed fight and action scenes for over 80 Hindi films and also directed a feature film 'Hindustan Ki Kasam' that starred his son Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan.
