Over 1.5 lakh sign petition urging, 'punish Sergio Ramos for intentionally hurting Mohamed Salah'

The Liverpool sensational star Mohamed Salah suffered a poor fate in the finals of UEFA Champions League against Real Madrid as he got injured in the first half of the tournament. At 30th minute, Mo Salah's right hand got stuck with Real Madrid's defender Sergio Ramos and he fell to the ground injuring his left shoulder.

One of the Liverpool fans started a petition to "punish Sergio Ramos for intentionally hurting Mohamed Salah," and according to a media report, more than 150,000 people have signed the petition also there is a real-time increase in the number of signatories.

The user who started the petition, Mohamed Salah Abdel-Hakeem, writes: "Sergio Ramos intentionally kept Mohamed Salah's arm under his armpit, causing dislocation of his shoulder. Not only missing the rest of the game, but also missing the FIFA World Cup 2018."

"In addition he kept acting that Liverpool players fouled him falsely, causing the referee to give Mane a yellow card he did not deserve.

"Sergio Ramos represents an awful example to future generations of football players. Instead of winning matches fairly, he uses tricks that defy the spirit of the game and fair play.

"UEFA and FIFA should take measures against Ramos and similar players, using the video recordings of matches to keep the spirit of the game."

Ramos was involved in a tangle with Salah which resulted in the Egyptian exit from the field in tears. 

Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah could miss the football World Cup due to a suspected shoulder injury. Although, Egypt's FA is optimistic and tweeted that the team doctor had spoken with Liverpool officials who confirmed an x-ray showed ligament damage in his shoulder, rather than a fracture.
