Is Salman Khan part of Varun Dhawan's Baby John? Eagle-eyed fans seem to have spotted Khan's blink-and-you-miss appearance in the teaser that was unveiled online on Monday.

Dhawan will be seen playing an action hero in his new film Baby John, which has been produced by Jawan director Atlee. The filmmaker has also written the screenplay of the film, which is Varun's first out-and-out actioner.

It is also his first theatre release in the last two years. Much to our delight, the teaser (or taster as the makers are terming it) gives a sneak peek into Varun's new action-hero avatar.

While not much of the film's plot is known yet, fans have loved Varun's new avatar. Lauding the teaser, one netizen tweeted: “#VarunDhawan is Killing It in His New Massy Avatar. #BabyJohnTasterCut is Absolute Fire. #BabyJohn.”

Another Twitter review read, “#BabyJohnTasterCut review - Simply MIND BLOWN!! This amazing Teaser ensures that #BabyJohn is going to be a HISTORIC BLOCKBUSTER #VarunDhawan is going to nail the MASSY COP AVATAR and SET a BENCHMARK with his performance .”

That’s not all! Some eagle-eyed fans also spotted Salman Khan in the teaser. Khan reportedly has a cameo in Baby John. Gushing over Khan's presence, a social media user shared, “It's #SalmanKhan in #BabyJohn An #Atlee PRESENTATION!,” whereas another fan claimed, “Salman is like a godfather to bollywood.”

Meanwhile, some fans are sure that Salman’s cameo is a well-kept secret, and this glimpse is actually of Varun in his cop avatar. The film is slated for a Christmas release and also features Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi and Jackie Shroff.
