Actor Shivarajkumar confirms health issues, says he's receiving treatment in US

Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar is battling a serious illness. The actor who is currently promoting his upcoming movie Bhairathi Ranagalrecently spoke abouthis health condition, revealing that he is undergoing treatment.
However, he refrained from sharing the type of disease he's suffering from.

In April, the Kannada actor was hospitalised for an unknown reason. Since then, there have been rumours that the actor is not well. Addressing reports about his health, the 62-year-old actor said that he has been diagnosed with a health issueand will be having surgery in the United States soon.
Assuring his fans that there is nothing to worry about, he said, "I am also a human being, and I have a health issue. It has come, and I am getting treatment for it. I have about four sessions of treatment to complete."
He further shared, "I panicked when I first learnt about it, and I don’t want people to worry. After that, I gained the confidence to face it. Now, it’s getting better. There is no need to worry."

Despite his health condition, the actor said that he's completing his work commitment and has not cancelled or postponed any of his events. However, he will take a month-long break followinghis surgery in the US.
Shivarajkumar also shared that all his producers and directors are well aware of his health condition.
On November 6, Shivarajkumar's team shared a statement requesting fans to avoid spreading rumours and unnecessary speculation.
