Odysse Electric secures investment from Zypp Electric, bags order for 40,000 EVs

Odysse says that this partnership will help in strengthening its presence in the B2B segment and strengthen its dealership network in the country.

In a major step for India's electric mobility sector, Odysse Electric has announced its strategic partnership with Zypp Electric. Included in the collaboration is order for 40,000 electric vehicles to be delivered over a period of three years, with a large investment being made by Zypp Electric to fund Odysse's nationwide expansion.

Odysse says that this partnership will help in strengthening its presence in the B2B segment and strengthen its dealership network in the country. The collaboration aims to expand production capacity to meet heightened demand for clean and efficient mobility solutions focused on the last-mile delivery market. The expansion will have a positive impact both in rural and urban areas of India, in line with the country’s move to the ecology of sustainable transportation.
