<p>Earlier, the banned Indian separatist group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) said that it will hold protests and will shut down Indian consulate offices in Canada in the coming week, a Canadian media outlet Global News reported.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“We will not allow the Indian consulates to function and we’re going to push the Canadian government to name the individuals who are responsible for assassinating and giving the orders to hit Nijjar,” Khalistani radical Gurpatwant Singh Pannun from Sikhs for Justice told the outlet.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“He has been assassinated outside the gurdwara — that was being done to give a very strong message to pro-Khalistan Sikhs that they will be hunted, even in the Western world," he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>They argue that trying to file separate cases in all 32 countries would be an "excessive and disproportionate burden" on an issue requiring urgent attention.</p>

<p>An ECHR source confirmed that it was a "unique case" in terms of the number of nations targeted by a single complaint.</p>

<p>The court has not previously ruled on member obligations with regard to climate change.</p>

<p>The youths say governments are contributing to warmer temperatures with carbon emissions that are provoking heat waves and wildfires in their country in particular.</p>

<p>"Governments around the world have the power to stop this, and Europe's governments are choosing not to stop this," said Catarina dos Santos Mota, one of the young Portuguese.</p>

For much of the Cold War, international relations were largely seen through the prism of two superpowers. Then came a short period of unipolarity. Now we are rapidly moving towards a multipolar world. <p>Speaking about the war in Ukraine, Guterres said, "The world badly needs Ukrainian food and Russian food and fertilizers to stabilise markets and guarantee food security and I will not give up on my efforts to make it happen."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Guterres also called for forging peace and doing away with the differences. "Our world is becoming unhinged &amp; we seem incapable of coming together to respond. But the @UN was created precisely for moments like this – moments of maximum danger &amp; minimum agreement. What we need is determination to heal divisions &amp; forge peace," he said.&nbsp;</p>

It means redesigning the international financial architecture so that it becomes truly universal and serves as a global safety net for developing countries in trouble," Guterres said during his speech.
