Officials and security analysts in Egypt told the Wall Street Journal that work is underway on a 20 square kilometre walled enclosure near the Gaza Strip as part of contingency plans.&nbsp;

This fortified area could accommodate over 100,000 people, but Egyptian authorities aim to limit the number to 50,000 to 60,000 should a mass exodus occur.

Palestinians within the walled area would be restricted from leaving, except for those heading to another country, the Wall Street Journal report added.&nbsp;

As per The Guardian, this follows the UK government's abolition of rough sex as a defence under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. This was done after lawyers in a series of high-profile cases took help of the act to&nbsp;secure lesser sentences for their clients.

Building on the act, the measure seeks to clarify that in law, there is no such thing as the "rough sex defence".&nbsp;

After the Barnsley Council discovered the case, they decided to take legal action against the man and asked him to undergo a paternity test. However, a High Court judge ruled that the man cannot be forced to take a paternity test. 
 
The strange step was taken by the man and his then-partner after they faced fertility issues and finally gave birth to a son. 
 
In the court ruling, the judge said that the council had "no stake" in the result of any test. The court was also informed that the man, his father and his partner had "always intended" to keep the arrangement around the conception of the child a secret.

In the court hearing held in January, it was said that the man shared a father-and-son relationship with the five-year-old child. The issue was discovered by Barnsley Council in separate proceedings who appealed to the High Court in Sheffield to give the order for DNA tests. 
 
In his ruling, Justice Poole dismissed the council's request and said that they had no parental responsibility or a "personal interest" in the biological parentage of the boy. 
 
"It may wish to know who is D's biological father, but it has no stake in the outcome of its application. A wish to uphold the public interest in maintaining accurate records of births does not confer a personal interest in the determination of such an application," he said.

As per the Israeli military, the fighters allegedly died "in a precise air strike carried out by an IDF (Israeli Army) aircraft on a Hezbollah military structure in Nabatiyeh".&nbsp;

In response to the Israeli strikes, Hezbollah said&nbsp;it had fired dozens of rockets into northern Israel on Thursday.

"In a first response to the massacres in Nabatiyeh and Sawaneh, Islamic resistance fighters fired dozens of Katyusha-type rockets at Kiryat Shmona," an Israeli town near the Lebanese border, Hezbollah said in a statement.&nbsp;

A clash between Israel and Lebanon's Iran-backed Hezbollah could cause cross-border escalation which has become a matter of concern for global leaders. Both sides have been exchanging near-daily fire across the border since the Israel-Hamas war broke out on October 7.&nbsp;

The police officials found the couple dead inside a bathroom and they had gunshot wounds when they visited the house for a welfare check on Monday (Feb 12). The children were also found dead in a bedroom. 
 
"At this time, next of kin have been notified and we can now confirm the identities as Anand Henry (father), Alice Benziger (mother), and their minor twin boys. A 9mm handgun legally registered to Henry was located on the bathroom floor where both adults' bodies were located," said the San Mateo Police Department, in a statement.

As per the police officials, Henry, a former Meta employee,&nbsp;was responsible for all four deaths.
