World Bank praises India’s anti-poverty drive

Indian-origin World Bank Chief Ajay Banga is optimistic about India’s fight against poverty. He said that if India continues its economic momentum, it can tackle poverty. Speaking to reporters, Banga, who took over as the World Bank chief last year, said that the best way to fight poverty is through economic growth & job creation.
