WION Dispatch: Foreign envoys visit Jammu and Kashmir, 2nd day of visit

Twenty-five foreign envoys kicked-off their two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir on February 12 with a ride on shikara, a boat famous amongst tourists visiting Dal Lake. Some of the delegation members hail from countries like Germany, France, Canada, Afghanistan, Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary.
