Uttarakhand: Indian air force begins rescue operations in Kedarnath

Fourteen people have died and 10 injured in heavy overnight rains which have swelled rivers and caused flooding in uttarakhand. Indian air force has begun the rescue operations. The kedarnath yatra has been suspended amid the inclement weather conditions as the heavy downpour triggered landslides at many places.
