The International Court Of Justice is working on drafting fresh global legal guidelines on climate change. During its arguments before the top UN Court, the United States said historical emissions should not be considered wrongful acts. The US Representative said an advisory proceeding is not the means to litigate whether states have violated obligations pertaining to climate change in the past. Watch in for more details!
