US says Moscow planning to attack ships, pass blame on Ukraine

Cargo ships travelling to Ukraine can now become targets of Russian strikes. Moscow has warned from now on such vessels will be considered potential carriers of military cargo. This warning came in one day after it exited from the landmark black sea grain deal.
