US President Joe Biden calls on states, localities to give $100 for people getting vaccinated

President Biden has called on states and localities to do more to encourage people to get vaccinated, including paying them $100. For many states, offering incentives to get the jab is not new. From baseball tickets to pre-rolled marijuana joints and even lotteries totaling up to $5 million in some cases, several spots in the U.S. have gotten creative to get vaccinations in arms.
