US, NATO ally reject France President Macron's intention to send troops to Ukraine

French president Emmanuel macron hinted at the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine at a meeting of European leaders. Though he did say that there was no consensus on it - these comments did not bode well for Macron. Amb.
