US President Joe Biden announced another billion dollar aid package will be offered to Ukraine after a conversation with president Zelensky. US defence secretary Lloyd Austin said that Russia's invasion of Ukraine is a pivotal moment and its allies could not lose focus on the ongoing conflict.
