The United Nations has reaffirmed its full support for Iraq’s upcoming parliamentary elections, scheduled for November 11, 2025.
During a meeting in Baghdad, the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Iraq, Mohamed Al Hassan, met with Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein to discuss final preparations for the national vote and strategies to ensure a transparent, credible, and fair electoral process.
