Russian and U.S. envoys held talks in Davos on the future of the Ukraine war, with Moscow’s envoy claiming the discussions were constructive and saying more people now recognise what he called the “fairness” of Russia’s position, while U.S. envoy Witkoff described the two-hour meeting as positive.
