A Ukrainian drone has struck the Grozny-City skyscraper in Chechnya, causing extensive damage to several floors of the high-rise building, which houses key regional government offices. Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov confirmed the attack and stated that no casualties were reported, but vowed a strong response to the incident.
