British MPs have voted in favour of imposing new Coronavirus measures to combat Omicron variant, despite a significant Tory rebellion. Prime Minister Boris Johnson suffered the biggest rebellion of his time, with the government relying on the support of the opposition Labour Party to get the measures passed.
