Reports suggest the UAE and Qatar have emerged as possible destinations for Russia's S-400 air defence system, as Gulf nations seek stronger missile shields following the Iran–U.S. conflict. The development comes amid speculation that Türkiye could part ways with its S-400 batteries in an effort to revive defence ties with the United States and potentially rejoin the F-35 fighter jet programme.
