Trial begins in first NFT Insider-Trading scheme
OpenSea, the largest online marketplace for trading NFTs, is in the news again. Non-fungible tokens are digital assets based on blockchain technology. A trial against ex-OpenSea product manager Nathaniel Chastain is set to begin later this week. This comes nearly a year since Chastian was arrested in New York City for wire fraud.
