Tesla's record sales, worst stock day yet
Tesla delivered 480,126 vehicles in the June quarter, which is a company record, and up 25 percent year-on-year. That is also well past Wall Street's forecast of roughly 406,600 units. Yet shares tumbled about 7 percent in a textbook sell-the-news reaction after a hot pre-report run.
