Despite numerous warnings from ISIS-K of an imminent attack in Russia, the authorities and intelligence apparatus in Moscow were caught off-guard by the shooting at the Crocus city hall, and the mayhem that followed. Scores of concertgoers died, when gunmen stormed the cinema hall and opened fire. More than 100 people were taken to hospital, some in critical condition, including children. It is among the worst disasters in Russia's history, but could it be a sign that terror organisations or groups are regrouping or re-emerging, and should the rest of the World be worried?
