Tata's mega aviation merger under lens
India's biggest Aviation merger is now under the scanner. The proposed merger of Air India with Vistara. The Competition Commission of India has issued a show cause to the Tata group asking them to respond within 30 days as to why a probe must not be conducted. In April Tata groups sought approval from the Trade Fair Regulator to merge Air India and Vistara with Air India being the surviving entity.
