Spain passes 'Only Yes Means Yes' sexual consent law, move comes following the 2016 gang rape

In a major reform in its criminal court, Spain has tightened its rape laws. Under the new law, explicit consent for sex is a must. The law is known as 'Only Yes Means Yes'. It was passed by Spain's parliament with 205 votes in favour and 141 against.
