The Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr denies the existence of what's been called the gentleman's agreement between his predecessor Rodrigo Duterte and the Chinese government over South China. Now in a statement released on Thursday, the Chinese Embassy in Manila denied that the deal was a secret.
