South Africa accuses Israel of Genocide; US backs Israel, labels charges baseless | WION

Israel will appear before the international court of justice at the ICJ after South Africa accused it of committing genocide in the Gaza Strip. South Africa had urged the ICJ on Friday to issue an urgent order to declare that Israel was violating its obligations under the 1948 genocide convention. In response, Israel says it will appear before the court to dispel South Africa's accusations.
