Singapore Airlines flight dropped 6000 feet in turbulence makes emergency landing

A passenger has died, and 30 others have been injured after a Singapore Airlines plane from London was hit by severe turbulence over the Andaman Sea. Some passengers said the plane began shaking and then there was a sudden drop. The plane made an emergency landing in Bangkok.
