Before students return to school in September, Moscow has presented new history textbooks that support Russia's invasion of Ukraine.Under Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin increased its grip on the history taught in schools; this trend has further intensified since the president declared a full-scale war on Ukraine in 2022.
