Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces struck three Russian Lukoil drilling platforms in the Caspian Sea — the V. Filanovsky, Yuri Korchagin and Valery Grayfer rigs — in a deep‑strike operation aimed at crippling fuel supply that supports Russia’s war effort, Ukraine’s General Staff said. The attack comes amid continued Kyiv offensive actions against Russian energy and military targets as conflict intensifies.
