A multi-story apartment building collapsed in Makhachkala, the capital city of the Russian Caucasian Dagestan region, due to flooding, the regional office of the Russian Emergency Ministry said on Sunday.
According to preliminary information, there are no casualties because residents of the building were evacuated.
