Weeks after the South African elections President Cyril Ramaphosa officially has opened the parliament of the 7th Administration on Thursday evening. Delivering his opening of the Parliament address Ramaphosa called on South Africans to be a cooperative nation and to behave like weaver birds that build complex structures together and cooperate to do so.
