Police fire tear gas and water on protestors | Sri Lanka News
Students in Sri Lanka are marching on the outskirts of the capital Colombo. They have been demanding the release of some student activists who were arrested earlier in anti-government protests. Among their demands was the high cost of living. The protesters faced off with the police and then the police used water cannon to disperse the mob. Tear gas shells were also lobbed at the crowd.
