Pakistan: National Security Committee to launch new military operation against militants

To eliminate Islamist militants, the Pakistani government has chosen to begin a new nationwide military campaign. The action was revealed by the nation's National Security committee on Friday. The meeting was presided over by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and key military officials were present.
