OpenAI has finalized a massive $38 billion, seven-year deal with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to power its AI infrastructure. The partnership grants OpenAI access to hundreds of thousands of NVIDIA GPUs and millions of CPUs to train next-generation AI models at scale.
