The Guinea-Bissau-flagged bulk carrier MV Golden Leo was carrying 17 crew members when it came under a devastating missile attack while departing Ukraine's Odesa port. The strike resulted in multiple casualties, including the tragic deaths of four Indian sailors, leaving international authorities and New Delhi to strongly condemn the targeting of commercial shipping in the Black Sea.
