New Greece-Bulgaria pipeline to carry gas from Azerbaijan
The West has repeatedly accused Russia of weaponizing energy and Europe has been crumbling with an energy crisis for seven months due to war in Ukraine. In a bid to reduce its dependency on Russia and also to boost its own energy security, the West is now looking at new options. Bulgaria and Greece have officially inaugurated a new pipeline that will bring gas from Azerbaijan.
