The chief of the National Testing Agency (NTA) Subodh Kumar Singh chosen by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government, has been replaced by Union Secretary Kharola to take charge as new Chief of National Testing Agency amid massive row over alleged irregularities in the medical entrance exam NEET and university teaching entrance UGC-NET.
