Maharashtra CM Fadnavis pauses 'marathi' directive

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has postponed the decision to make Marathi mandatory for auto-rickshaw, taxi and cab drivers by one year. The move comes after talks with auto and taxi unions, offering relief to thousands of non-Marathi-speaking drivers across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
