Libya’s central bank shuts down operations

Libya's central bank has suspended all operations after its head of information technology was kidnapped in Tripoli. Musab Msallem was abducted from his home by an unidentified group. The bank has linked the incident to a previous siege on its headquarters and threats made to other executives.
