Adel Mesmah, the commander of the Najaba company of Deir al-Balah, was killed by an Israeli Air Force fighter jet in central Gaza. Mesmah led Hamas terrorists in their October 7, 2023 attack on Kibbutz Be'eri and Kibbutz Nirim, where 135 Israelis were killed.
