Iranian President Raisi embarking on 3-day tour of Africa
As part of the most recent diplomatic initiatives to lessen the Islamic Republic's isolation by forming new relationships, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will set off on a rare African tour on Tuesday. It will be the first journey to Africa by an Iranian president in 11 years, and it will last for three days, visiting Kenya, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
