Indonesians reluctant to kick plastic bag habit despite ban

Shoppers and vendors in the Indonesian capital said a ban on single-use plastic in markets and malls that came into effect on Wednesday (July 1) is impractical in some cases and suggested more time is needed to comply with the new rules.
